Processing and delivery

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day usually ship the same day, and the rest ship the next business day. Once your order is on its way, you will get an email with a tracking link. Average delivery within the United States is 3 to 6 business days.

Shipping costs

The 2-bottle plan has a flat $9.99 shipping fee. The 3-bottle and 6-bottle plans ship free within the U.S. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Tracking your order

Use the link in your shipping email to follow your package. If tracking has not updated after a couple of days, or your box looks delayed, email orders@zensulinofficial.com and we will chase it down.

Returns and the guarantee

Every order is covered by our 180-day money-back guarantee. If Zensulin is not for you, return your bottles, even empty ones, for a refund of the purchase price. The full walkthrough is on the guarantee page, and the legal details are in the refund policy.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and an order returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-sent once the original shipment is back in our hands. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately and we will try to catch it before the label prints.

Wrong or damaged item

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
